1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OmniDeck Pro ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), available at https://omnideck.pro and via our standalone desktop applications.

By accessing the platform, purchasing a digital license, or using any of our in-browser workstations, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Nature of Digital Services & Sovereign Execution

OmniDeck Pro provides 100% client-side digital productivity, developer, cryptography, PDF, and media manipulation workstations that execute within the user's web browser memory (RAM) utilizing WebAssembly, WebGPU, and Canvas technologies.

Zero Server Storage: Your files, documents, passwords, cryptographic keys, and source code are processed strictly on your local hardware and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. Digital Licenses & Subscription Plans

We provide both Free and Pro license tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to sovereign workstations with daily operation allowances.
• Pro Monthly ($5.00 / ₹299): Unlimited operations, 3 simultaneous device activations, and 150+ 4K Master Wallpapers access, billed monthly.
• Pro Annual ($39.00 / ₹2,199 direct launch price): 365 days of full unlimited access across 3 devices.
• Pro Lifetime ($99.00 / ₹5,499): Perpetual digital software license for 3 devices with no recurring fees.

4. Payment Processing & International Currencies

Payments are securely processed via certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway partners: Razorpay (for UPI, Net Banking, and Global Cards) and Stripe.

Prices may be displayed in US Dollars (USD) or Indian Rupees (INR). Foreign exchange conversion rates and cross-border processing (if applicable) are governed by the issuing bank/card network.

Export Compliance: Digital services exported from India operate under valid DGFT Importer-Exporter registration (IEC: AFVPG0846A).

5. License Usage Limits & Fair Use

Each OmniDeck Pro license key is authorized for activation on up to three (3) personal devices simultaneously. Automated reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, or sub-licensing of digital license keys is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Since all operations execute client-side in the user's browser, users remain responsible for backing up their original files and verifying cryptographic keys.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
